यक्ष्मनाशनम् वि दे॒वा ज॒रसा॑वृत॒न् वि त्वम॑ग्ने॒ अरा॑त्या । व्य॑१हं सर्वे॑ण पा॒प्मना॒ वि यक्ष्मे॑ण॒ समायु॑षा
yakṣmanā́śanam ví devā́ jarásāvṛtan ví tvám agne arā́tyāḥ | vy àháṃ sárveṇa pā́pmanā ví yakṣméṇa samā́yuṣā
A destroyer of wasting-disease: the Gods have driven it off, the covering of decay; thou too, O Agni, drive it off—misfortune. From every evil taint, from wasting-disease, together with full life, may I be set free.
यह मंत्र बिमारी भगाने के लिए है। भगवान ने बुखार और जवानी में आने वाली कमज़ोरी को भगा दिया। अग्नि, तुम भी इसे भगा दो। बुरी किस्मत को भगा दो। हर तरह की बुराई से, इस बिमारी से, मैं पूरी उम्र जीना चाहता हूँ।
