मा चि॑द॒न्यद् वि शं॑सत॒ सखा॑यो॒ मा रि॑षण्यत । इन्द्र॒मित् स्तो॑ता॒ वृष॑णं॒ सचा॑ सु॒ते मुहु॑रु॒क्था च॑ शंसत
mā́ cid anyád ví śaṃsata sákhāyo mā́ ríṣaṇyata | índram íd stótā vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ sácā suté múhur ukthā́ ca śaṃsata ||
Praise not, even in the least, another—O comrades, do ye no hurt: Indra alone, the Bull, let the singer praise; with the pressed Soma, again and again, recite the solemn hymns.
दोस्तो, किसी और की तारीफ मत करो। किसी को दुखा मत दो। सिर्फ इंद्र की तारीफ करो, वो बलवान है। सोम रस के साथ बार-बार उसके गाना गाओ।
