Sukta 127
prá rebhā́so manīṣā́ vṛ́ṣā gā́va ivērते | amótaputrākā́ eṣā́m amóta gā́va ivā́sate ||
Forth spring the singers’ inspired thoughts, like bulls, like cows they are impelled. The sons of Amota—of these, Amota’s cows, as it were, abide in settled store.
Rishi: Uncertain; internal focus on Rebhas and Amota lineage.
Devata: Prosperity/wealth (go, iṣ) and the praised lineage; implicit Vāc/Manīṣā as enabling power.
Chandas: Likely Triṣṭubh; requires verification.
Primary: vira
Secondary: adbhuta
