शान्तिः। शं नः॑ स॒त्यस्य॒ पत॑यो भवन्तु॒ शं नो॒ अर्व॑न्तः॒ शमु॑ सन्तु॒ गावः॑ । शं न॑ ऋ॒भवः॑ सु॒कृतः॑ सु॒हस्ताः॒ शं नो॑ भवतु पि॒तरो॒ हवे॑षु
शांति हो। सत्य के मालिक अच्छे हों। हमारे घोड़े अच्छे हों, गायें भी अच्छी हों। रिभु देवता जो अच्छे काम करते हैं, वो अच्छे हों। हमारे पितर भगवान हमारी पूजा में अच्छे हों।

शं नो॑ दे॒वा वि॒श्वदे॑वा भवन्तु॒ शं सर॑स्वती स॒ह धी॒भिर॑स्तु । शम॑भि॒षाचः॒ शमु॑ राति॒षाचः॒ शं नो॑ दि॒व्याः पार्थि॑वाः॒ शं नो॒ अप्याः॑
सब देवता मिलके अच्छे हों। सरस्वती माता हमारे साथ हो, हमारे दिमाग में अच्छे विचार आते रहें। बुरी नज़र से, बुरी ताकत से, सब से अच्छा हो। आसमान की ताकतें अच्छी हों, ज़मीन की ताकतें अच्छी हों, पानी की ताकतें भी अच्छी हों।

शं नो॑ अ॒ज एक॑पाद् दे॒वो अ॑स्तु॒ शमहि॑र्बु॒ध्न्यः॑१ शं स॑मु॒द्रः । शं नो॑ अ॒पां नपा॑त् पे॒रुर॑स्तु॒ शं नः॒ पृश्नि॑र्भवतु दे॒वगो॑पा
हम सब के लिए भला हो। अज एकपद देवता हम पे मेहरबानी करें। समुंदर के नीचे वाले साँप भी हमारे भले करें। समुंदर भी हमारे लिए अच्छा हो। पानी के बेटे पेरु भी हम पे कृपा करें। पृश्नि देवता भी हमारी रक्षा करें।

आ॒दि॒त्या रु॒द्रा वस॑वो जुषन्तामि॒दं ब्रह्म॑ क्रि॒यमा॑णं॒ नवी॑यः । शृ॒ण्वन्तु॑ नो दि॒व्याः पार्थि॑वासो॒ गोजा॑ता उ॒त ये य॒ज्ञिया॑सः
आदित्य, रुद्र और वसु, यह तीनों देवता इस नई पूजा से खुश हों। आसमान वाले और धरती वाले सब हमारी सुन लें। जो लोग गाय-पालक हैं और जो यज्ञ करते हैं, वो भी सुन लें।

ये दे॒वाना॑मृ॒त्विजो॑ य॒ज्ञिया॑सो॒ मनो॒र्यज॑त्रा अ॒मृता॑ ऋत॒ज्ञाः । ते नो॑ रासन्तामुरुगा॒यम॒द्य यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
जो देवताओं के पंडित हैं, जो यज्ञ के लायक हैं, जो मनु के वक्त से पूजे जाते हैं, जो अमर हैं और धरम को जानते हैं, वो सब आज हमें बड़ा आशीर्वाद दें। और हमेशा हमारा भला करें, हमें रखें।

तद॑स्तु मित्रावरुणा॒ तद॑ग्ने॒ शं योर॒स्मभ्य॑मि॒दम॑स्तु श॒स्तम्। अ॒शी॒महि॑ गा॒धमु॒त प्र॑ति॒ष्ठां नमो॑ दि॒वे बृ॑ह॒ते साद॑नाय
मित्र-वरुण और अग्नि देवता, यह सब ठीक हों। हमारा भला हो, कोई दिक्कत न आए। हम पक्के से अपना काम कर लें। आसमान को प्रणाम है, जो इतना बड़ा है और सबकी जगह है।
