हन्वो॒र्हि जि॒ह्वामद॑धात् पुरू॒चीमधा॑ म॒हीमधि॑ शिश्राय॒ वाच॑म्। स आ व॑रीवर्ति॒ भुव॑नेष्व॒न्तर॒पो वसा॑नः॒ क उ॒ तच्चि॑केत
hánvor hí jihvā́m adadhāt purūcī́m ádha mahī́m ádhi śiśrāya vā́cam | sá ā́ varīvarti bhúvaneṣv antár apó vásānaḥ ká u tát ciketa
For in the two jaws he set the far-ranging tongue; then, thereon, he established mighty Speech. He ranges within the worlds, within, clothed in the Waters: who indeed hath understood that?
