सर्वेषामासन्नाः सत्त्रिणः संघानां परस्परन्यङ्गद्वेषवैरकलहस्थानान्युपलभ्य क्रमाभिनीतं भेदमुपचारयेयुः असौ त्वा विजल्पति इति ॥
sarveṣām āsannāḥ sattriṇaḥ saṃghānāṃ paraspara-nyaṅga-dveṣa-vaira-kalaha-sthānāny upalabhya kramābhinītaṃ bhedam upacārayeyuḥ—'asau tvā vijalpati' iti
हर तरफ अपने लोग बिठाओ जो देखें क्या हो रहा है। जब किसी ग्रुप में लड़ाई हो, दुश्मनी हो, तो धीरे-धीरे उनमें फूट डालो। किसी को बोल देना, देख वो तेरे खिलाफ बात कर रहा है।
