upariniviṣṭaṃ nādharataṭākasya pūrāsrāvaṃ vārayedanyatra trivarṣoparatakarmaṇaḥ
ऊपर वाला तालाब नीचे वाले तालाब के पानी को रोक नहीं सकता। लेकिन अगर नीचे वाला तालाब तीन साल से छूटा है, तो बात अलग है।
