सामन्तचत्वारिंशत्कुल्येषु गृहप्रतिमुखे वेश्म श्रावयेयुः सामन्तग्रामवृद्धेषु क्षेत्रमारामं सेतुबन्धं तटाकमाधारं वा मर्यादासु यथासेतुभोगं अनेनार्घेण कः क्रेता इति ॥ कZ_०३.९.०३ ॥
sāmanta-catvāriṃśat-kulyeṣu gṛha-pratimukhe veśma śrāvayeyuḥ sāmanta-grāma-vṛddheṣu kṣetram ārāmaṃ setubandhaṃ taṭākam ādhāraṃ vā maryādāsu yathā-setu-bhogaṃ anenārghena kaḥ kretā iti
अब बात को साफ-साफ करना पड़ेगा। पड़ोसी लोगों के सामने, गाँव के बड़े लोगों के सामने, तीन बार बोलना पड़ेगा। यह ज़मीन है, यह बाग़ है, यह पानी का बाँध है - इतने पैसे में बिक रहा है। कौन खरीदेगा? जब तक कोई ऑब्जेक्शन नहीं आता, तब सेल हो सकता है।
