ज्ञातिसामन्तधनिकाः क्रमेण भूमिपरिग्रहान् क्रेतुमभ्याभवेयुः ॥ कZ_०३.९.०१ ॥
jñāti-sāmanta-dhanikāḥ krameṇa bhūmiparigrahān kretum abhyābhaveyuḥ
जब कोई ज़मीन बिकने लगती है, तो पहले अपने लोगों को मौका मिलता है। रिश्तेदार, पड़ोसी, और अमीर लोग - इस ऑर्डर में। इन तीनों को पहले पूछना पड़ेगा कि वो खरीदना चाहते हैं या नहीं।
