अपितृद्रव्या विभक्तपितृद्रव्या वा सह जीवन्तः पुनर्विभजेरन् ॥
apitṛdravyā vibhaktapitṛdravyā vā saha jīvantaḥ punarvibhajeran
अगर किसी के पास बाप की प्रॉपर्टी नहीं है, या जो बाप की प्रॉपर्टी पहले से डिवाइड हो चुकी है। फिर भी वो लोग साथ में रहते हैं तो वो अपनी कमाई का हिसाब फिर से बाँट सकते हैं।
