पुंसः पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तुल्यश्रेयसोः पापीयसो मध्यमः ॥ कZ_०३.४.१८ ॥
puṃsaḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tulyaśreyasoḥ pāpīyaso madhyamaḥ
मर्दों के लिए पहला सज़ा यह है कि उनपर साहस जुर्माना लगाया जाए। अगर दोनों तरफ के लोग बराबर की लेवल के हैं, तो मिडलिंग वाला जुर्माना लगता है। अगर आदमी नीचे लेवल का है, तो भी वही मिडलिंग जुर्माना लगेगा।
