Transliteration
tannimittaṃ vārayato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ
Translation
अगर कोई उसे ऐसे वक़्त पर जाने से रोकता है, तो उस पर बारह पाना जुर्माना लगेगा। यह रोकने वाले की गलती है।
