strīṇāṃ grāmamadhye caṇḍālaḥ pakṣāntare pañcaśiphā dadyāt

Translation

अगर कोई चांडाल औरतों के बीच गाँव के बीच में मिलता है, तो उसे पख के बाद पाँच सिफा फाइन देना पड़ेगा।
