केशनीविदन्तनखालम्बनेषु पूर्वः साहसदण्डः पुंसो द्विगुणः ॥

Transliteration

keśanīvidantanakhālambaneṣu pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ puṃso dviguṇaḥ

Translation

अगर कोई बालों से पकड़ता है, कपड़े या कमर से पकड़ता है, दाँत से काटता है, या नाखून से खरोंचता है, यह पहले दर्जे का जुर्म है। उसके लिए साहस दंड लगता है। और अगर आदमी ने किया है तो फाइन डबल होती है।
