प्रकीर्णकं तु याचितकावक्रीतकाहितकनिक्षेपकाणां यथादेशकालमदाने यामच्छायासमुपवेशसंस्थितीनां वा देशकालातिपातने गुल्मतरदेयं ब्राह्मणं साधयतः प्रतिवेशानुवेशयोरुपरि निमन्त्रणे च द्वादशपणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.२०.१४ ॥
prakīrṇakaṃ tu yācitakāvakrītakāhitakanikṣepakāṇāṃ yathādeśakālamadāne yāmacchāyāsamupaveśasaṃsthitīnāṃ vā deśakālātipātane gulmataradeyaṃ brāhmaṇaṃ sādhayataḥ prativeśānuveśayorupari nimantraṇe ca dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ
अगर किसी चीज़ को वापिस नहीं किया टाइम पे, चाहे वो माँगी हो, उधार ली हो, किराये पे ली हो, या रखवाई के लिए दी हो। अगर ज़्यादा दिन रुक गया, या ज़्यादा टाइम जगह पे बैठा रहा। अगर किसी ब्राह्मिण को ज़बरदस्ती काम करवाया। या मेहमान बुलाए और पड़ोसी को नहीं बताया। इन सब में 12 पाना जुर्माना लगेगा।
