शुल्कं स्त्रीधनमशुल्कस्त्रीधनायास्तत्प्रमाणमाधिवेदनिकमनुरूपां च वृत्तिं दत्त्वा बह्वीरपि विन्देत ॥
śulkaṃ strīdhanamaśulkastrīdhanāyāstatpramāṇamādhivedanikamanurūpāṃ ca vṛttiṃ dattvā bahvīrapi vindeta
जब वो लड़की के पैसे और ब्राइड प्राइस दे चुका हो। या अगर लड़की के पास कुछ नहीं है, तो उतने का काम्पेन्सेशन दे। उसके बाद उसकी स्टेटस के हिसाब से खर्चा भी निकालता रहे। फिर वो चाहे तो कितनी भी बीवियाँ कर सकता है।
