गान्धर्वासुरोपभुक्तं सवृद्धिकमुभयं दाप्येत राक्षसपैशाचोपभुक्तं स्तेयं दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०३.२.१८ ॥
gāndharvāsuropabhuktaṃ savṛddhikam ubhayaṃ dāpyeta rākṣasapaiśācopabhuktaṃ steyaṃ dadyāt
अगर कोई चीज़ गंधर्व या असुर विवाह से मिली है, तो असली राशी और उसके ऊपर जो बढ़ा है, दोनों वापस देना पड़ेगा। लेकिन अगर यह राक्षस या पैशाच विवाह से मिली है, तो यह चोरी माना जाएगा। उसकी सज़ा मिलेगी।
