कुष्ठोन्मादक्लैब्यादिभिः कुत्सायां च सत्यमिथ्यास्तुतिनिन्दासु द्वादशपणोत्तरा दण्डास्तुल्येषु ॥ कZ_०३.१८.०४ ॥
kuṣṭhonmādaklaibyādibhiḥ kutsāyāṃ ca satyamithyāstutinindāsu dvādaśapaṇottarā daṇḍās tulyeṣu
अगर कोई किसी को 'कोढ़', 'पागल', या 'नपुंसक' बोल के गाली देता है, तो जुर्माना 12 पण से शुरू होता है। चाहे वो सच हो या झूठ, गाली गाली ही है। दोनों तरफ के लोग बराबर के हो तो यह रूल लगेगा। और जुर्माना और भी बढ़ सकता है।
