प्रातिभाव्यं दण्डशुल्कशेषमाक्षिकं सौरिकं च नाकामः पुत्रो दायादो वा रिक्थहरो दद्यात् । इति दत्तस्यानपाकर्म ॥ कZ_०३.१६.०९ ॥
prātibhāvyaṃ daṇḍaśulkaśeṣam ākṣikaṃ saurikaṃ ca nākāmaḥ putro dāyādo vā rikthaharo dadyāt | iti dattasyānapākarma
बेटा को, जिसका हक़ है, उसे ज़बरदस्ती पैसे नहीं देना चाहिए। अगर किसी ने गारंटी दी थी, या फाइन बाकी थी, या टैक्स पेंडिंग थी, यह सब उसे नहीं देना पड़ेगा। जो कुछ दिया गया है, वो वापस नहीं लिया जाता। यह एक सिंपल रूल है।
