Transliteration

ādhānavikrayāpavyayaneṣu cāsya caturguṇapañcabandho daṇḍaḥ

Translation

अगर कोई डिपॉज़िट की चीज़ें गिरवी रख दे, बेच दे, या खर्च कर दे, तो उसको फाइन करो। फाइन होगा वैल्यू का चार गुना। उसके ऊपर और पेनल्टी भी लगेगा, पाँच गुना तक।
