भ्रेषोपनिपाताभ्यां देशकालोपरोधि दत्तं नष्टं विनष्टं वा नाभ्यावहेयुः ॥ कZ_०३.१२.२३ ॥
bhreṣopanipātābhyāṃ deśakāloparodhi dattaṃ naṣṭaṃ vinaṣṭaṃ vā nābhyāvaheyuḥ
अगर कोई आफत आ जाए या एक्सिडेंट हो जाए, और जगह या टाइम की वजह से चीज़ गायब हो जाए या टूट जाए, तो उसका ज़िम्मेदार नहीं मानना। उसमें उसकी गलती नहीं है।
