निरुपकारः सीदेत्मूल्यं चास्य वर्धेत ॥ कZ_०३.१२.१० ॥
nirupakāraḥ sīdet mūlyaṃ cāsya vardheta
अगर किसी चीज़ पर कब्ज़ा करने वाले को उससे कोई फायदा नहीं मिलता, तो उसकी कीमत घटने लगती है। और जैसे-जैसे वक़्त गुज़रता है, उसकी वैल्यू बढ़नी मानी जाती है।
