Transliteration
nirastasya praveśo hy abhigamena vyākhyātaḥ
Translation
जो आदमी गाँव से निकाला गया है, वो वापस अगर आ जाए। उसको वही रूल लगेगा जो बिना परमिशन के घुसने पे लगता है।
