परिषद्यं ह्यरणस्य रेक्णो नित्यस्य रायः पतयः स्याम । न शेषो अग्ने अन्यजातमस्त्यचेतानस्य मा पथो वि दुक्षः ॥

Transliteration

pari-sádyaṃ hy áraṇasya rékṇo nítyasya rāyáḥ pátayaḥ syāma | ná śéṣo agne anyá-jātam asty ácetānasya mā́ pátho ví dukṣaḥ ||

Translation

Agni se yeh prayer hai ki jo daan sahi mehnat se milta hai, us dhan ke malik hum ban jaayein. Yeh daan hamesha ke liye hai. Agni, bina jaagrat rehne wale ka raasta bikher jaata hai. Humein sahi raaste pe rakhna, humara dhyan bika na jaaye.
