Is mantra mein Pushan ko Pathaspati bulaya hai, jo raston ke malik hain. Rishi Pushan se kehte hain ki unki shakti hamare vichar ko sahi disha dikhaye. Safe journey aur sahi raasta milne ki prayer hai isme. Pushan se yeh bhi manga hai ki woh Pan ke chhupe hue dhan ko pakad kar saamne laaye. Jo khazana chupa ke rakha hai, woh hamare haath aaye. Ant mein cows, horses aur khushhal life ke liye ashirwad liya hai.
Mantra 1
Hey Pushan, tum raste ke malik ho. Hum tumhe rath ki tarah jodte hain taaki humein safal karo. Tum hamare iraade ko apne saath jodo taaki hum manzil tak pahunch sakein.
Mantra 2
Hamare paas woh khazana lao jo bahadur hai aur kaam aata hai. Ghar ka malik jo hai, use theek se le aao taaki hamara ghar shanti mein chale.
Mantra 3
Hey Pushan, tumhari roshni bahut achhi hai. Jinko dena pasand nahi, unhe bhi dena sikha do. Jo log sirf lena chahte hain, unka dil naram kar do taaki woh bhi khul ke dein.
Mantra 4
Pushan, raste khol do taaki humein poora mil jaye. Jo log raste mein roke khade hain, unko hata do. Hey balwan, hamare acche khayalon ko kaam karne do.
Mantra 5
Pushan, tez nok se maaro aur us dhanwale ke dil mein jo chupa hai usko dhoondho. Phir usko humare kaam ka bana do.
Mantra 7
Hey Pushan rishi, andar tak khodo aur un dhanwalo ka dil tod do. Jo woh pakde baitha hai, usko humein de do.
Mantra 8
Pushan, jo bhaashan se chalti hai aur roshni se bhari hai, woh tar tumhare paas hai. Usse uske dil mein ghuso aur jo seedha nahi hai usko tod do.
Mantra 9
Hey Pushan, tumhari jo chabuk hai jo gaay-bhains ke herd ko sambhalti hai, aur jaanwar milne mein madad karti hai, uski hum dua maang rahe hain. Tum us chabuk se hum pe apni kripa rakho aur humein surakshit rakhna.
Mantra 10
Aur humare liye ek aisi soch bana do jisse humein gaay-bhains mil jayein. Ghode bhi milen aur khushali bhi aaye. Yeh soch aisi ho jo kaam kare, aur humein faayda pahunche.
Pūṣan is a Vedic deity of guidance and nourishment. He is called Pathaspati, “Lord of the paths,” because he protects journeys, helps one find the right way, and brings the seeker safely to the goal.
The Paṇi represents the withholder who hides wealth and light. The hymn asks Pūṣan to pierce concealment and reveal the hidden treasure—so it can come into rightful possession and be used for good purpose.
It can be recited before travel or any important undertaking to seek clarity, protection, and right direction. Many also use it as a prayer for recovering what is lost and for gaining steady prosperity with a focused, strong mind.
