Is mantra mein Indra ko bulaya ja raha hai. Wo apni sab kuch dene wali rath par jaldi aayein. Uski rath pe sona jaisi ghodiyan hain. Indra ko kavi logon ke saath soma peene ke liye bulaya hai. Wo Vritra ko pakka maarne wala hai. Indra takat deta hai jo kabhi kam nahi hoti. Log use maangte hain ki bhasha aur jeet ki shakti mile.

Mantra 5
Indra woh hai jo pakki aur sachi taqat deta hai. Hamari prarthana se Indra aur bada ho. Indra dushman ko harane wala sabse bada yodha ho. Woh apni taqat se ham logon ko bharpur deta hai.
The hymn asks Indra to come quickly to the ritual, share the soma-exhilaration with the singers, and grant strong, lasting power and prosperity by removing obstacles.
They symbolize Indra’s swift arrival and readiness to help—his power moves fast toward the worshippers when properly invoked with praise and offering.
Vṛtra is the ‘Coverer’ or obstructing force; Indra’s slaying of Vṛtra means breaking what blocks light, flow, success, and inner progress.
