Sukta 2.29
माहं मघोनो वरुण प्रियस्य भूरिदाव्न आ विदं शूनमापेः । मा रायो राजन्त्सुयमादव स्थां बृहद्वदेम विदथे सुवीराः ॥
mā́haṃ maghóno varuṇa priyásya bhūridā́vna ā́ vidaṃ śū́nām ā́peḥ | mā́ rāyó rājan suyámād áva sthāṃ bṛhád vadema vidáthe suvī́rāḥ ||
Hey Varun, mujhe woh pyara insaan na mile aisa na ho. Jo bahut deta hai uski company main kho na jaun. Main khaali haath na reh jaun. Raja, main sahi raah se na hat jaun. Hum log sabke saamne badi baat karein aur andar se strong rahein.
