Yeh ek shaadi ka mantra hai jo acchi patni lane ke liye bola jata hai. Isme Surya ki baraat ka zikr hai jo Ashwin le kar aaye the. Indra ki taakat ka bhi naam liya gaya hai jo paisa aur khushi deta hai. Yeh sab baton se yeh dikhaya gaya hai ki bahu ghar mein aakar khush rahe. Mantra padne wale ki bhi izzat badhe aur shadi mein koi rukawat na aaye. Is tarah purani kahaniyon ko yaad karke naye rishte ko aashirwad diya jata hai.
Mantra 1
Yeh mantra patni ke liye hai. Main bulata hoon, jo aata hai uska naam leta hoon. Indra se madad maangta hoon, jo bade shatru ko maarta hai. Vasav aur Shatakratu se bhi prasad maangta hoon.
Mantra 2
Ashwin bhaiyon ne Surya ko us raaste laya tha. Bhagwan ne bola, ab biwi lao. Bhagwan mujhse bol rahe hain, tumhari biwi aaye. Yeh shaadi ka raasta hai.
Mantra 3
Indra, tumhare paas sone ka ankush hai. Woh dhan deta hai, bada hai. Usse biwi ka bandhan banao. Mujhe biwi do. Tum Shachi ke ho, tumhari biwi ho. Meri madad karo.
It is used as a domestic marriage-charm to attract and secure a suitable wife and to ensure an auspicious, successful bringing of the bride into the household.
The hymn cites the divine model of the Aśvins bringing Sūryā as a bride, using that successful precedent as the ‘path’ that should be repeated for the reciter’s own marriage.
It is a metaphor for compelling, success-bringing power—Indra’s force that draws the desired outcome toward the reciter, backed by wealth, status, and victory.
