Is mantra mein Dyaus ko svaha ke saath bulaya ja raha hai. Apni jaan aur suraksha ka bhagwan ko bheja ja raha hai. Aasman mein apna aashray banaya ja raha hai. Phir jeevan, taqat aur soch ko upar uthaya ja raha hai. Jadu tona aur purani taklif ko bhagaya ja raha hai. Apne andar do rakshak sthapit kiye ja rahe hain.
Mantra 1
आत्मा दि॒वे स्वाहा॑
Apni aatma ko aasman ki taraf bhejte hain. Yeh bhent hai.
Mantra 2
पृ॒थि॒व्यै स्वाहा॑
Dharti ko bhent karte hain. Yeh bhent hai.
Mantra 3
अ॒न्तरि॑क्षाय॒ स्वाहा॑
Hawa ko, aasman ke beech wali jagah ko bhent karte hain. Yeh bhent hai.
Mantra 4
अ॒न्तरि॑क्षाय॒ स्वाहा॑
Yeh mantra aakash ke liye hai. Hawa, baadal, jo upar hai, usko namaste. Svaha bolke yeh samarpit ho raha hai.
Mantra 5
दि॒वेस्वाहा॑
Yeh mantra aakash ke liye hai. Swaha bol ke bhagwan ko samarpit karte hain.
Mantra 6
पृ॒थि॒व्यै स्वाहा॑
Yeh mantra dharti ke liye hai. Swaha bol ke bhagwan ko samarpit karte hain.
Mantra 7
सूर्यो॑ मे॒ चक्षु॒र्वातः॑ प्रा॒णो॒३न्तरि॑क्षमा॒त्मा पृ॑थि॒वी शरी॑रम्। अ॒स्तृ॒तो नामा॒हम॒य म॑स्मि॒ स आ॒त्मानं॒ नि द॑धे॒ द्यावा॑पृथि॒वीभ्यां॑ गोपी॒थाय॑
Suraj mera nazar hai, hawa meri saans hai. Aakash mera aatma hai, dharti mera sharer hai. Mera naam Astitva hai, main yahi hoon. Main aakash aur dharti mein apne aap ko sthir karta hoon taaki mujhe raksha mile.
Mantra 8
उदायु॒रुद् बल॒मुत् कृ॒तमुत् कृ॒त्यामुन्म॑नी॒षामुदि॑न्द्रि॒यम्। आयु॑ष्कृ॒दायु॑ष्पत्नी॒ स्वधा॑वन्तौ गो॒पा मे॑ स्तं गोपा॒यतं॑ मा । आ॒त्म॒सदौ॑ मे स्तं॒ मा॑ हिंसिष्टम्
Meri jaan uthe, meri taqat uthe. Jo bura kiya gaya hai woh door ho jaye, kala jadu bhi chale jaye. Mera dimaag aur meri taqat dono uthe. Aye aayu dene wale aur aayu ki raksha karne wale, tum dono mere rakhwale bano. Tum mere andar ho, mujhe takleef mat dena.
For consecratory protection and vitality: it aligns the practitioner with Heaven through svāhā and culminates in lifting life-force and expelling kṛtyā (witchcraft) and harm.
A small homa with ghee fits the svāhā style, but the hymn also works as a spoken consecration with a symbolic offering and clear protective intention.
They are paired life-powers—"Life-maker" and "Life’s Consort"—invoked as guardians who increase vitality and dwell within the self without causing harm.
