uttamó ásy oṣadhī́nām anaḍvā́n jagatā́m iva vyā́ghraḥ śvápadām iva | nadyā́yāṃ púruṣo riṣat | yásmai paribrávīmi tvā sāyáṃprā́tar átho dívā ||

Thou art the highest of herbs: a bull, as it were, among creatures that move; a tiger, as it were, among wild beasts. At the river a man is injured; for whom I speak thee round about—at eve, at morn, and also by day.

Kustha, tum saari jadi-butiyon mein sabse upar ho. Jaise bail sab jaanwaron mein bada hota hai, waise tum ho. Jaise baagh sab jungle ke jaanwaron mein bada hota hai, waise tum ho. Jab koi nadi mein takleef mein padta hai, main tumhe bulata hoon. Subah, shaam, ya din mein kisi bhi waqt tum uski madad karo.
