ब्रह्मणा तु यदा सृष्टः पूर्वं रुद्रो वरानने ॥ तृतीये जन्मनि विभुः पिङ्गाक्षो नीललोहितः ॥
brahmaṇā tu yadā sṛṣṭaḥ pūrvaṃ rudro varānane || tṛtīye janmani vibhuḥ piṅgākṣo nīlalohitaḥ ||
हे वरानने, जब ब्रह्मा ने पहले रुद्र की सृष्टि की, तब तीसरे जन्म में वही विभु ‘पिङ्गाक्ष’ और ‘नीललोहित’ रूप में प्रकट हुए।
