īśvara uvāca | saṃsārārṇavasaṃtārasuparṇasukhadāyine | moha tīvratamo hāri candrāya haraye namaḥ
ईश्वर बोले—संसार-समुद्र से पार कराने वाले सुखद सुपर्ण (पंख/गरुड़) के दाता, और मोह रूपी अति-घोर अंधकार को हरने वाले, चंद्र-सम शीतल हरि को नमस्कार है।
