īśvara uvāca | tato gacchedvarārohe kapālīśvaramuttamam | rudraṃ tṛtīyaṃ pāpaghnaṃ nīlarudrasyapūrvataḥ
ईश्वर बोले—तब, हे सुजंघे, नीलरुद्र के पूर्व में स्थित पापहारी तृतीय रुद्र, उत्तम कपालीश्वर के पास जाना चाहिए।
