तस्या माहात्म्यमखिलं कथयामि तवाधुना । पुरा सोमेन त्यक्ताभिर्भार्याभिस्तु वरानने
tasyā māhātmyamakhilaṃ kathayāmi tavādhunā | purā somena tyaktābhirbhāryābhistu varānane
अब मैं तुम्हें उसका सम्पूर्ण माहात्म्य कहता हूँ। हे सुन्दर-मुखी, पूर्वकाल में सोम को उसकी पत्नियों ने त्याग दिया था—
