अथ शक्तित्रयाणां ते रौद्रीणां वच्मि विस्तरम् । इच्छा क्रियाज्ञानशक्त्यस्तिस्रस्ताः परिकीर्त्तिताः
atha śaktitrayāṇāṃ te raudrīṇāṃ vacmi vistaram | icchā kriyājñānaśaktyastisrastāḥ parikīrttitāḥ
अब मैं तुम्हें रुद्र की शक्तियों के त्रय का विस्तार से वर्णन करता हूँ। वे तीन शक्तियाँ—इच्छा-शक्ति, क्रिया-शक्ति और ज्ञान-शक्ति—कही गई हैं।
