एतद्धि तन्महातीर्थं प्राचीनेति च शब्दितम् । स्नानक्रमेण मर्त्त्यानामन्येषामपि पावकम्
etaddhi tanmahātīrthaṃ prācīneti ca śabditam | snānakrameṇa marttyānāmanyeṣāmapi pāvakam
यह वही महातीर्थ है जो ‘प्राचीन’ नाम से प्रसिद्ध है। यहाँ स्नान-विधि के अनुसार स्नान करने से मनुष्यों का ही नहीं, अन्य प्राणियों का भी पावन होता है।
