अभोज्यं ब्राह्मणस्यान्नं क्षत्रियाद्यैर्निमन्त्रितैः । तथैव ब्राह्मणस्यान्नं ब्राह्मणेन निमन्त्रितौः

Transliteration

abhojyaṃ brāhmaṇasyānnaṃ kṣatriyādyairnimantritaiḥ | tathaiva brāhmaṇasyānnaṃ brāhmaṇena nimantritauḥ

Translation

यदि ब्राह्मण को क्षत्रिय आदि ने निमंत्रित किया हो, तो ब्राह्मण का अन्न अभोज्य है; इसी प्रकार अनुचित निमंत्रण होने पर ब्राह्मण का अन्न भी वर्जित माना जाता है।
