विबुद्धस्त्वथ सप्तम्यां भक्त्या भानुं समर्चयेत् । ब्राह्मणान्भोजयेद्भक्त्या वित्तशाठ्यं विवर्जयेत्
vibuddhastvatha saptamyāṃ bhaktyā bhānuṃ samarcayet | brāhmaṇānbhojayedbhaktyā vittaśāṭhyaṃ vivarjayet
फिर सप्तमी के दिन प्रातः जागकर भक्तिपूर्वक भानु (सूर्य) की आराधना करे। और भक्तिभाव से ब्राह्मणों को भोजन कराए, धन के विषय में छल और कंजूसी का त्याग करे।
