सर्वपापविनिर्मुक्तो धनधान्यसमन्वितः । सप्तम्यां माघमासस्य शुक्लपक्षे द्विजर्षभाः । योऽत्र स्नानं प्रकुरुते मानवो भक्तिसंयुतः
sarvapāpavinirmukto dhanadhānyasamanvitaḥ | saptamyāṃ māghamāsasya śuklapakṣe dvijarṣabhāḥ | yo'tra snānaṃ prakurute mānavo bhaktisaṃyutaḥ
हे द्विजश्रेष्ठो! माघ मास के शुक्लपक्ष की सप्तमी को जो मनुष्य भक्तिपूर्वक यहाँ स्नान करता है, वह सब पापों से मुक्त होकर धन-धान्य से सम्पन्न हो जाता है।
