नक्तं दिनं महाराज नान्यत्किंचित्करोति सः । न तथा तपसे यत्नो न नैवेद्ये कथंचन
naktaṃ dinaṃ mahārāja nānyatkiṃcitkaroti saḥ | na tathā tapase yatno na naivedye kathaṃcana
हे महाराज, वह रात-दिन और कुछ भी नहीं करता था। न वैसा तप करने का प्रयत्न, न किसी प्रकार नैवेद्य-समर्पण का भी।
