Pulastya (contextual, continuing instruction to a king)
Tirtha: Kaṭeśvara
Type: kshetra
Scene: A sorrowful abandoned woman approaches the Kaṭeśvara shrine; upon darśana her fever/affliction lifts, her face brightens, and a symbolic vision of children and marital harmony appears as Śiva’s grace radiates from the liṅga.
Sacred darśana itself is presented as a direct purifier and healer, restoring well-being and dharmic harmony.
The Kaṭeśvara–Gaṅgeśvara sacred context within Arbuda Khaṇḍa (Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa).
No detailed rite is specified here; the emphasized practice is darśana (reverent sight) of the sacred form/site.
