बहवस्तेन मार्गेण येनासौ प्रस्थितो नृप । सम्मुखः प्रववौ वातो रूक्षः कर्करसंयुतः
bahavastena mārgeṇa yenāsau prasthito nṛpa | sammukhaḥ pravavau vāto rūkṣaḥ karkarasaṃyutaḥ
हे नृप, जिस मार्ग से वह चला, उसी में अनेक अपशकुन हुए। सामने से रूखा, कंकड़-धूलि से युक्त कठोर वायु बहने लगी।
