देव्युवाच । तत्रैव पर्वते स्थास्ये ह्यर्बुदेऽहं सुरोत्तमाः । अभीष्टः पर्वतोऽस्माकं सं सदाऽर्बुदसंज्ञितः
devyuvāca | tatraiva parvate sthāsye hyarbude'haṃ surottamāḥ | abhīṣṭaḥ parvato'smākaṃ saṃ sadā'rbudasaṃjñitaḥ
देवी बोलीं—“हे देवश्रेष्ठो, मैं वहीं उसी अर्बुद पर्वत पर निवास करूँगी। यह पर्वत हमें प्रिय है और सदा ‘अर्बुद’ नाम से ही प्रसिद्ध रहेगा।”
