Transliteration

dṛṣṭvā daityānpurā devairnirjitānnṛpasattama | cintayāmāsa medhāvī bhārgavastānprati dvijaḥ

Translation

हे नृपसत्तम! पूर्वकाल में देवताओं द्वारा दैत्यों के पराजित होने को देखकर, मेधावी भार्गव ब्राह्मण ने उनके विषय में विचार करना आरम्भ किया।
