इन्द्र उवाच । भगवन्पुण्यमाहात्म्यं श्रोतुमिच्छामि सांप्रतम् । प्रमाणं चैव सर्वेषां कृतादीनां पृथग्विधम्
indra uvāca | bhagavanpuṇyamāhātmyaṃ śrotumicchāmi sāṃpratam | pramāṇaṃ caiva sarveṣāṃ kṛtādīnāṃ pṛthagvidham
इन्द्र ने कहा—हे भगवन्! मैं अभी पुण्य के माहात्म्य को सुनना चाहता हूँ, और कृत आदि समस्त युगों के पृथक्-पृथक् प्रमाण भी।
