सूत उवाच । एवं ते समयं कृत्वा चमत्कारपुरोद्भवाः । ब्राह्मणाः शांतिकं चक्रुर्हितार्थं तस्य भूपतेः

Transliteration

sūta uvāca | evaṃ te samayaṃ kṛtvā camatkārapurodbhavāḥ | brāhmaṇāḥ śāṃtikaṃ cakrurhitārthaṃ tasya bhūpateḥ

Translation

सूतजी बोले—इस प्रकार समझौता करके, चमत्कार-नगर से प्रकट हुए ब्राह्मणों ने उस राजा के कल्याण हेतु शान्ति-यज्ञादि शान्तिकर्म किए।
