साधूनां वर्णिनां राजा न शिरस्कं प्रदापयेत् । न प्रवातेधटं देयं नोष्णकाले हुताशनम्

Transliteration

sādhūnāṃ varṇināṃ rājā na śiraskaṃ pradāpayet | na pravātedhaṭaṃ deyaṃ noṣṇakāle hutāśanam

Translation

साधु स्वभाव वाले वर्णिनों (दीक्षित ब्रह्मचारियों) के लिए राजा ‘सिर’ का दान न कराए। वायु-प्रवाह वाले स्थान में ‘धट’ अर्पण न करें और अत्यधिक गर्म समय में हवन न करें।
