आविकं परिदध्याच्च ततो वासः सितं च वा । धातुरक्तमथो नव्यं मलिनं संधितं न च
āvikaṃ paridadhyācca tato vāsaḥ sitaṃ ca vā | dhāturaktamatho navyaṃ malinaṃ saṃdhitaṃ na ca
ऊन का वस्त्र धारण करे, फिर श्वेत वस्त्र पहने। धातु-रक्त (गेरुआ/लाल) रंगा वस्त्र भी चलेगा; पर वह नया हो, मैला न हो और सिला-जुड़ा न हो।
