दुर्बलान्नैव पुष्णंति प्रणष्टार्था द्विषंति च । पीडयन्त्यभिचारेण सक्षतान्वाहयंति च
durbalānnaiva puṣṇaṃti praṇaṣṭārthā dviṣaṃti ca | pīḍayantyabhicāreṇa sakṣatānvāhayaṃti ca
वे दुर्बलों का पालन नहीं करते; धन नष्ट होने पर द्वेषी हो जाते हैं; अभिचार से दूसरों को पीड़ित करते हैं, और घायलों से भी बोझ ढुलवाते हैं—ऐसे लोग घोर अधर्म में गिरते हैं।
