तेनापि किल धर्मेण उद्दिश्य किल किंचन । देयं तद्धर्मयुगिति शून्ये शून्यं फलं मतम्
tenāpi kila dharmeṇa uddiśya kila kiṃcana | deyaṃ taddharmayugiti śūnye śūnyaṃ phalaṃ matam
ऐसे धर्मयुक्त उपाय से भी, किसी पवित्र उद्देश्य और धर्मबुद्धि से कुछ न कुछ अवश्य देना चाहिए; क्योंकि जब संकल्प ही शून्य हो, तब फल भी शून्य माना गया है।
